Homeschool Easy

Homeschool Easy is a complete homeschool curriculum that covers 32 weeks of lessons. For this review, I looked over the 2nd Grade Entire School Year Curriculum, but there are full programs for grades 1-5. Each grade level covers the following subject areas:
- Grammar – daily worksheets
- History – daily worksheets, art projects, and links to videos, covering American history and geography
- Math – worksheets and flash cards, without Common Core
- Reading – links to online, leveled reading books, plus crossword puzzles, flash cards, etc.
- Science – daily worksheets, projects, and links to science videos
- Writing – weekly writing assignments
If you think your child is advanced in a particular subject or needs work in a certain area before moving up, you can also purchase each subject area separately. For example, you may want to use all 2nd grade curriculum, except go up a level to the 3rd grade math. This is simple to do with Homeschool Easy’s ala carte options.
The materials for the 2nd Grade Entire School Year Curriculum come in one .zip file and, once extracted, are easy to navigate. Each subject has its own folder and within those folders are .pdf’s for each week’s work, making it easy to look over and print out worksheets for a full week at a time.
The science, history, and writing folders each contain monthly folders, and those then hold 4 weekly assignment files.
Because it includes daily worksheets, and web links to some of the materials (such as history videos and reading books), you’ll want to make sure you have a decent printer and good internet access.
